Cancellation Policy
🍂 Fall Mini Session Booking Policy Payment & Reservation Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will forfeit the session fee. Sessions may be rescheduled once (with 48 hours’ notice) without penalty, based on availability. Weather In the event of inclement weather, Charm Photography will determine whether the session should be rescheduled. If rescheduling is required, clients will be offered the next available date. Late Arrivals Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. Late arrivals will shorten your session time. Image Use & Model Release By booking a session, you grant Charm Photography the full rights to use any images taken during your session for promotional, advertising, portfolio, website, social media, print, and any other lawful purposes, without additional compensation. Clients may not sell images for commercial use without written consent from Charm Photography. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
