Our one-hour headshot session is a focused, personalized experience where we’ll align on your goals, guide you through wardrobe and posing, and review your images together at the end—you’ll leave with a curated selection of polished, professional shots, with digital files available for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
📋 SmackDab Studios LLC – Booking & Usage Policy Session Booking & Fee A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your one-hour headshot appointment. This fee secures the studio time, lighting setup, and expert guidance during the shoot. Digital Image Purchases Digital images are not included in the session fee and are available for purchase afterward. Single image: $200 Additional images: $180 each 5-image package: $800 10-image package: $1,400 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights SmackDab Studios LLC retains full copyright to all images and videos produced during the session. You will receive a license for personal and business use. SmackDab Studios LLC reserves the right to use all imagery and footage for marketing, educational classes, website, portfolio, and promotional efforts. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the session at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Image Review & Delivery At the conclusion of your session, we'll review your best shots together. You'll then select which images you'd like to purchase, based on the pricing structure above.
